Unit of Training and Consultancy (UTRACY) is one unit under the company Uniutama Education Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (UECSB). UTRACY is responsible to provide and organize English Management Programme. We also had experiences in organizing English Management Programme for almost 7 years.

Currently, we are organizing Comprehensive English Learning Experience Course (CELEC) for foreign students. UUM entrusts UECSB as a Coordinator in collaboration with School of Language Studies, Civilization and Philosophy (SLCP). For this year 2019, we will provide one more English Management Programme .

The English Management Programme is an acquisition and disclosure skills course in the academic learning system at UUM. The programme is also a prerequisite for the entry of Undergraduate (Degree) or Postgraduate (Master or Doctor of Philosophy,PHD).

  2. Maximun intake is students (1 limited class 25 people) only.
  3. From 2014-2018, CELEC’s total number of students is 380 and they have successfully completed their Undergraduate (Degree) or
  4. Postgraduate (Master or Doctor of Philosophy, PHD). For those student who is attending this program will be offered the following services:-
    • Man Hour Learning Time
    • Learning materials (supported by Oxford Publication)
    • MUET Exam fees & Registration fees
    • UUM Service Charges for 1st Semester of Undergraduate and Postgraduate level
    • Students Personal Bond (to be refunded upon graduation)
    • Student Insurance & Medical Check-up
    • Immigration & Student Pass Processing Fees
    • Accommodation in UUM’s campus
    • Lecture room complete with state-of-the-art & air-conditioned learning facilities.
    • The latest reference materials and meet the standards.

  • The teaching staff for the CELEC program consists of UUM’s accredited UUM lecturers and recognized.
  • Classroom is located at School of Multimedia Technology and Communication Building (SMMTC).
  • Classes will not be held on Friday, Saturday and public holidays.
  • Students are required to attend a classroom session in formal dress.
  • Total hours of Class = 240 hours and total hours of Reflection Class = 120 hours.

  5. Prepare FOUR (4) recent color photographs, which must be fixed onto the related forms/ documents given:-
    HEA is responsible to assess and filter the qualifications of students who will participate in this program as well as Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses to be taken after completion of the program based on the choices made by the students. For those who are meet/reach the requirements, HEA will issue the Conditional Letter of Offer to the selected students.

Application of Student’s Visa via Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS)

EMGS is responsible to Management and processing of international student applications for a student pass/visa for study in Public and Private Higher Education Institutions, Language Schools, and Skills Training Centers in Malaysia.

Settle all PAYMENTS before reaching Malaysia based current fee charges as referred to fee structure given. Kindly provide proof of payment (Telegraphic Transfer Slip) on the registration day.
