Quotation issued by UTRACY is valid within 14 days from the date of quotation.
Verification Form Program agreed must be returned to at least 3 weeks before the course is held.
Please send ORDER FORM (LO) for Government Agency or PURCHASE ORDER (PO) for Private Agency based on charges fees on quotation that have been agreed at least 5 days before the training program/course.
Payment shall be made to Uniutama Education & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. [Bank Name-Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (UUM Sintok)] Account No : 020 930 1000 7784 [Swift Code : BIMBMYKL].
Payment proof is either paid by online/cheque must be submitted to us for payment record.

Registration fee must be paid by cash based on the fees set.
Verification Form Program and Registration fee that has been agreed must be returned to UTRACY at least 2 weeks before the training program/course held

Payment proof by online payment must be submitted to the UTRACY
Receipt of payment for registration fee will be released and handed over to the participants either before or during program training/course

Any postponement or cancellation of the training program/course must be made in writing at least 14 working days before the program held.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the date of the training program/course will be charged 15% of the quotation and will be invoiced.
Any participant(individual) who fails to pays or not present means his/her registration will be cancelled and the registration fee is refundable if the initial alert given to us (at least 5 days before the date of the training program)
Cancellation of registration must be notified to us either in writing or telephone call.

All modules are distributed to the participants are copyright of UTRACY. Any unauthorized copy, publication or distribution is prohibited.
UTRACY reserves the right to change any terms of the subject in training program/course will be conducted.
